What is Digital CCTV?
I already have CCTV installed, why do I need to go digital?
Can I still have an alarm fitted if I have a cat or dog?
Yes, you can now have detectors fitted into your home which are immune to the movement of cats, dogs and other domestic animals.
What is the point in having an alarm fitted if I am at work and don't know it has been set off?
You can fit a 'speech dialler' to your alarm which will ring any chosen telephone number and let you know that your alarm has been activated.
You can now protect your home from as little as £250. You may also qualify for a discount on your home insurance if you have a fully maintained alarm installed.
What do I do if my alarm goes off?
If you have any problems with your alarm, give us a call. Many problems can be rectified over the phone but if you still need assistance, we will have an engineer visit at a time to suit you.

INDUCTION LOOPS
What is an Induction Loop and why would I need one?
An induction loop is a cable that encloses the audience area. It connects to a loop amplifier that gets its signal from a microphone placed in front of the person speaking. It can also get a signal from a direct connection such as a sound system. The resulting electric current in the loop produces a magnetic field corresponding to the speaker’s voice.
In October 2004 the Disability Discrimination Act made it a legal requirement for all service providers, including churches and schools, to make provision for the hard of hearing. Full details of the DDA can be found here.
